TOUCH RAINBOW BASE - a collection of decorative camouflage bases containing ultra-sparkling Yuki flakes. The amount of Yuki particles provides excellent coverage of the nail and free edge in a leveling layer. When applied over gel, the base creates a unique shimmering effect. A perfect solution for quickly creating a special nail look. Available in 6 shades. Presented in a 13 ml bottle.
