Pear cutter diamond sharp STALEKS PRO Expert Blue blue 4 mm working part 12 mm—medium abrasive tool with diamond coating for delicate skin treatment. The shape«sharp pear»combined the functions of a ball and a sharp flame, so it can work in hard-to-reach places, process external areas of the skin, grind artificial nail plates without the risk of injury. Suitable for beginners and experienced nail masters.
STALEKS PRO Expert diamond cutter Pear sharp Blue is made by spraying diamond chips on a metal workpiece made of medical grade stainless steel. Medium-sized diamond grains are applied: evenly, densely cover the entire working area with a diameter of 4 mm, without gaps, sticking in one place. The chips on the workpiece are fixed as a result of the galvanic process: a thin layer of nickel holds the diamond grains, making the connection strong and durable.
This spraying technology gives the pear cutter hardness and wear resistance, eliminates unevenness on the surface of the working area. Due to the high quality of the diamond chips, the nozzle will last longer, and its rotation center does not shift when working at high speeds of the milling cutter.
The sharp pear-shaped manicure cutter with blue notches from Staleks Pro Expert delicately polishes artificial nail plates, processes lateral ridges, periungual sinuses, cleans nail plates, removes cuticles, pterygium, opens sinuses. It is important to smoothly and gently move the tip along the edge of the nail, avoiding sudden movements and prolonged exposure to one place.
A diamond pedicure cutter with a sharp tip and medium hardness quickly and gently opens, polishes cracks, and processes and removes calluses.
The standard shank diameter for a milling machine is 2.36 mm / -0.016 mm. The maximum permissible rotation speed of a diamond manicure attachment is up to 30,000 rpm. It is important to follow the recommendations for the number of revolutions for a certain type of cutters and procedures -- working at high speeds can cause overheating of the tool and injury to the client.
