Moon Full Ultrabond + Dehydrator is a 2-in-1 nail prep product combining a dehydrator and an acid-free primer. The dehydrator helps remove excess oil and moisture from the natural nail plate, while the primer improves adhesion between the nail and the base coat. Apply a thin layer to the prepared nail and allow it to air-dry for 5–10 seconds before applying the base coat.
